Hi, I'm Joanna and I want to share my passion for Pilates with you.
I fell in love with this form of exercise after seeing the overwhelming benefits – both physically and mentally in my own body.
I originally qualified with Polestar Pilates UK and then furthered my qualifications with the highly acclaimed The Center for Women's Fitness certifying as a Women's Health Pilates Specialist. My passion for women's health issues has become my focus, in particular Menopause. My aim through Pilates is to educate, strengthen and empower women through this unique stage of their lives.

Menopositive Pilates
Small group mat classes designed specifically for Peri to Post Menopausal women. These classes will work with the more mature body to strengthen and build endurance during this important time.
Restore Your Core®
Restore Your Core® is a comprehensive exercise programme created for women who have core and pelvic floor dysfunction.
The program combines sustainable and functional yoga and Pilates-based exercises with the fundamentals of biomechanics.
Private Lessons
By working with you on an individual basis I will create tailored sessions to help you achieve your goals. With my undivided attention you will learn to have a better understanding of your body as well as how to perform exercises correctly and safely with good technique.
Small Group Classes
Group Mat Classes designed for a maximum of 10 people allowing for a high level of personal attention. These classes are a great choice for all levels as the exercises not only can build in difficulty, but every exercise can be modified to decrease or increase the level of challenge.
Having a curved spine with fused vertebrae causes me a lot of trouble. I see Joanna once a week to help stretch out any trapped nerves and tight muscles, I always leave feeling amazing and mobile! I was a Pilates novice and Joanna took her time to get to know all of my ailments in order to structure a session around me and what I am capable of doing. Highly recommend.
I started Pilates with Jo in January 2019. Since then I’ve developed good strength and have not needed to see an osteopath in that time! I thoroughly enjoy the class each week - a great bunch of people and still enjoying remote classes.
